Have you ever played the sex version of Russian roulette?

The game requires six men and their sisters plus a gamemaster. The girls all bend over a round table and link arms before a large sheet is cast over them by the gamemaster. The six men re-enter and stand behind a random girl, you can guess the rest. At the end the sheet is removed to see who if any commited incest.

Ironically, the main reason I wouldn't play this game is because I can't imaging the sex would be good... Plus you would probably be able to recognize your sister by her legs/skin tone...

On top of that, how awkward would it be afterward if you DID just fuck your sister. And if you didn't, you were still right next to your sister while another guy fucked her. You'd have to either not care about her at all or be really close to her.

No, I haven't, and no I won't. Normally, I'm not prudish at all when it comes to sexy stuff, but incest is bad for numerous reasons, and is condemned across culturally. Making it into a game is just a bad idea overall.

I have never played this. My sister was old enough to be my mother and died so I could not play it anyhow. Maybe other versions I could and would play.
