I don't think I am being aggressive. If I have given that impression I apologise. You have been asking a question because you are worried there might be a problem. What I am trying to tell you is that the elefant in the room is not him being hurt by your words and tone - he probably knows you well enough to see that in context. The actual problem is that many relationships run into trouble because of fantasies that cannot be acted upon with the partner.
