  As I suggested, I can -most- see myself answering the question "is she thick" with "in-between" if someone was between a skinny (think petite or runway thin) and thick (like ready to be in a rap video) body. I'd only answer that way if I understood the question to be "is she thick (or skinny)". To be honest skinny women and "thick with skinny waist" can both be really hot but if most guys are picking a favorite it would likely be "in between" those two.
