Like most condoms they are advertised to a certain group but they do fit average to large where as even small condoms are made to fit smaller to large cocks, the only difference between the 2 sizes is the width of the ring you unravel over the dick but a small can stretch. If they only made small and called it one size, all guys would use it and would not have a problem but they brand them to fit the guys ego. Not very. Magnum condoms are a branding thing. They are slightly longer than so called regular condoms but not any wider so really most men can wear them. They shouldn't because the bunched up latex isn't good. For perspective I can't even wear them because they are just too tight. And magnum xls are longer but actually more narrow than regular magnums so... durex xxl is where it's at, or custom.
