Im just above average in length, about 7 1/2 inches, but in girth well above average, not sure how to measure girth, but its thicker then a vacuum hose piece, the more turned on i get the long and thick it gets oddly enough, to where it grows about a half and inch to an inch and a half, kid you not, freaked me out the first time it happened. If he's got it at 5 or 5.5+ inches he's ok. Too many guys worry that their 'too small' and totally forget about the fact that knowing how to use it also counts.

Surgery is too hit or miss.
Flaccid like 3 inches, erect 7 inches but it looks sort of smaller since I have like 15 or 20 pounds on it looks like 6.

I don't feel comfortable putting an exact number on here, but if it helps, I think most people seems to say 5-6 inches is average now.
