I really like him and I never want to disappoint him but he just wants them all the time now. He’s gotten them from me before but I don’t enjoy taking them most of the time. He’s been asking more often lately and I never know how to say no without being rude. Sometimes I say I’m not home or that I’m with family, but it doesn’t always work.

i mean everyone has their ways of showing affection so just let him know you're not jiggy with that shit and if he genuinely likes and respects you his feelings might be a little hurt or whatever but i'm sure he wouldn't want you to feel the way you do at the same time and get over it
Just say "I don't want to" as I've never sent them to anyone before you and it's not something I loved or doing often. That's also a good test for you to find out how he feels about you - win win.
