A hoe or male equivalent does have it frequently, a normal citizen does not.

It is all relative and how people perceive you. Decency dictates that one should not.

It is always how much can you control your hormones and a number just don't want to make the effort to control them and then they are labeled hoe or any other negatively seen attribute.

As for me, I don't lower myself to do something like that. I have way too much self esteem and decency to need to go with strangers.

Also, and contrary to many, I take care of my health and prioritize it over a few muscular contractions. I only have one health and there is no need to jeopardize it with STD/STI.

I am not sure how you define a stranger. But, in the past, I had sex with men that I knew for a short time (less than a week) occasionally (a few times a year).
