How old were you when you had your first sexual encounter?

How old were you? And with the first sexual encounter I don't mean just seeing the opposite sex (by accident or spying). When did the first real thing happen? Masturbating together or while being watched, touching, sucking/licking, fucking, ... Anything more that clearly was something more.
I am just a bit curious, because most people my generation seem to have the first things happening when the were like 16-18, while I read that now days it starts a lot earlier.
