Regardless if your situation is/was true, the same thing happens to men when sexually assaulted or raped.

It has been a long standing stereotype that the man must have enjoyed it if they had an erection and/or orgasmed, but it is not the case and you are trying to fight physical reactions with psychological reactions.

Regardless you feel ashamed that you were not able to control the way your body reacts and in addition to that, you feel the seriousness of the assault is diminished in the eyes of others you seek help from because your body ended up aroused.

But the seriousness of the situation is real and there is nothing to feel ashamed about.

I don't fully understand it myself, but I know its a fairly common occurance, and its not something to be ashamed of it feel guilty about. It was a physical reaction that was entirely out of your control.

It's a natural physical response, it does not in anyway mean that you enjoyed it. It's happened to other people who've been raped. There are many reasons that may have prevented you from coming in the past, and it doesn't mean anything is wrong with you. You don't have to tell anyone anything if you really don't want to, but you should file a report. You don't have to mention that you orgasmed if you don't want to.
