I've been approached by this couple wanting me to give their son (20) a good time. Basically he's never had a girlfriend and they're concerned that he might be gay. Before you judge them on that remember they're in their late 40s and raised in different times. I'm happy to have sex with him for the money but I know for a fact he isn't gay or a virgin. He just likes the single life with the occasional one night stand. Do I tell them the truth and hope they'll still pay me or would they want a discount or even cancel the whole thing?

I seems you have ethical concerns about taking their money under false pretences. Since they are misled by their own assumptions, you are hardly culpable. If you really like them you have the option of shagging him then declining the money on the grounds it was so pleasurable. That leaves everybody feeling good about the situation.
Of course, that may be my own prejudice speaking. If there is one thing I had not expected of you, it was charging for sex. 😉
If it puts their mind at ease, take the money and have fun. If you tell them and they believe you they would probably cancel.
