I personally love my foreskin but women here seem to hate it and I'm honestly afraid show it to anyone. I think something like only 6% of men in the UK are circumcised (Religious + Medical issue people) so its not all English speaking countries.
For some reason however the US seems to have a pretty big love for male genital mutilation so almost every single male baby is circumcised at birth.

Going to share some experiences here. I am aware that most guys in the US are cut. That, and the trend in mainstream porn, has probably influenced girls, and there are many out there that think it is gross. The reality is that a clitoris (generally) has also a foreskin. Odors, and even smegma can accumulate in a clitoris in the same way it does under a penis foreskin, and many people are not aware of this.
The main thing to take into account, is a healthy hygiene. If proper hygiene is practiced, neither men nor women with foreskin would have an objective reason to be thought of as 'gross'.
Regarding appearence, many people who enjoy vulvas and penises are of the opinion that they are not "pretty" per se. Their most important role and feature, is their sensations, their texture and the pleasure that can be enjoyed in intimacy when they are involved. I would like to invite people that think they are gross (either penises or vulvas, with or without foreskin) to give them a chance, and focus on sensation and the human connection and arousal.
A little interesting anecdotal information from my part (I have my foreskin intact) is that I have found two partners that not only do not care about foreskin, but actually find it nice due to its texture, and find opportunity to play with it, in ways that is not possible to play with an uncut penis. The texture of the foreskin is particularly soft, and they enjoy feeling it caressing their skin, not only in their vulva, but on their arms, legs, belly or their face or ears. It is a tender thing, but it can be also an erotic experience. The naked glans has a different texture to it.
Regarding the "playful" aspect, they manifest enjoying playing with it, stretching it, teasing under it with fingers or tongue, using it to "trap" their nipples, and one of them actually decided to play inflating it like a very little skin balloon. Well I'm happily circumcised, but you like what you like, nothing wrong with a preference. I is certainly more common in Europe compared to America not to be circumcised, & therefore more commonly liked there. Maybe you should ask them to include their countries to get a better idea as to who likes what.
