In the US, it depends what state you are in.
Update: If you are wearing the company logo, you can definitely be fired if you represent the company poorly. It doesn't matter if you didn't intend to be representing them, by wearing their logo, a reasonable person can infer that you are speaking on behalf of the company.

Protections Depending on your state but in general a at will state will not likely go to trial for wrongful termination.
Other states do have Protections for employees that are terminated for legal activities outside company times. This is not for salary employees. However they will argue it doesn’t support the image the company wishes to portray to its customers.
