  • The Cowper's (precum) glands are located just downstream of the prostate. Their output is variable and may take time to fill the pipe the pipe that may include perhaps 6" externally and maybe 8" internally. Maybe he wasn't wet YET. A blowjob as foreplay would draw it out.
