  • If they're ok with it, not rape. If they aren't ok with it, it could certainly be argued that it is rape. But if it's your boyfriend that you've dated for years and you've had tons of sexual experience and he's suddenly got an issue with it, then whether or not he calls it rape, I do think that's problematic on his part. You need to have trust in your partner but you also shouldn't build up trust and then knock it down for some stupid reason. "Oh I just didn't feel like having a blowjob right now, and instead of saying 'could we do this another time?' I am going to immediately start screaming rape." Fuck off man, that's bullshit. On the other hand, you got the hots for your friend's boyfriend and you want to steal him, so you do this? Rape all day long.

That said, the other answers about women raping men going largely ignored in society aren't wrong, either. We live in a pretty fucked up society. Both men and women are held to various standards that make no sense and fuck them over.

  • this is the best form of molestation known to man; it's hard to say no when you're already balls deep.

i also think men have a much strong sense of actively lying to themselves so they can just brush it off until they end up in a theater of war and have to see their evil come to the surface or else die in the dirt. that's ptsd mostly; you see it in rape cases but more frequently treatment with dissociation is all being lumped like the alzheimer's cluster

that said i've been molested enjoyably by both women and a couple apparently gay friends and I just can't say no to someone worshiping my genitals. gotta honor devotion.

  • If he is your partner or you are both previously intimate and he fell asleep next to you, no. I wouldn't consider that as rape, I'd think I'd be a nice present lol. Now on the contrary if you are not with the person and/or they did not intend to sleep next to or with you (i. e. you go into the sleeping guys room unannounced) then yeahhhh, that's rape no matter the stereotype of "guys always want head".

  • It's not actually consent especially if their is no relationship. I guess if the guy is a boyfriend or husband that could be breaking a boundary or foreplay.

  • Hell no that's u being 2 nice. By the way u can't rape a willing person. If he didn't like he could have stopped u

  • I’m pretty sure he won’t mind 😂

  • I doubt you can give a sleeping guy a BJ. He would have to be awake.

  • If you can accomplish sucking a guys dick without him waking up I'm guessing he is already dead so no big deal.

  • Yes in legal terms because he cannot lawfully consent.

    • Sad how every one would jump if you were a male account asking this about a girl. No one taking it seriously.

  • Yes,

  • Do you have his permission? Do you currently have a sexual relationship?

  • I think technically yes because he cannot say yes. He's not able to give consent. Like... most people probably won't peg you for rape, but I think technically it would count. I think the only scenario where it's almost certainly not would be if y'all slept together the night before and you woke him up with a blow job. I feel like, at that point, the consent kind of carries over.

  • It's not rape if you have an agreement understood between you that sexual contact is welcome. A BJ given to just any sleeping random would constitute rape. . . but just why would you be doing that anyway?

  • If you two have never discussed it prior to the fact and he doesn't want you to then yes. If you two agree upon it being ok prior to you doing so then it's fine

  • if you bite! joking. um, If it isn't something he agreed to, then yes. you can't violate the space of another person without their conscious consent. (my words, not legaleze)

  • If your not his girlfriend or "with him", yes.
But most guys would love waking up to a woman sucking their cock, so I think your good. No guy is going to sleep through a whole blowjob. So if he did, he was pretending or passed out on something.

  • Sleeping? Yes. A sleeping person cannot give consent

  • It partly depends on if they gave prior consent, through word or action. It partly depends on what our relationship has been like. You can't just go to a party, find a cute guy sleeping guy, and start giving him a bj. However, I find it difficult to imagine a guy sleeping through a bj.

  • Yes, it is rape. Unless you’ve discussed it beforehand.

  • Technically, yes.

  • it can be but only if he does not want it that why you always ask

  • Yes unless consented beforehand.

  • Yeah, but in most cases the guy probably wouldn't mind this.

  • Lmfao !!! No he’ll probably find that very amusing and love it
