I'd get a surgery just so you know, that's how much I detest "family making". I'm not trying to get even, unlike the Tumblr post above. It's just a solution for men who complain condoms itch.

If I was in a serious relationship, and there was a possibility that we would want to have kids I would wait.
If I did decide to have one, I would freeze some swimmers just in case.
I found out that I could not have kids, so that never really came up.
I'd rather use a condom that will guarantee to protect a woman but I got to be married before we have sex just my religious views.
It's not always reversible, is a terrible idea to make it compulsory.
I don't think young men would get it as you'd still have to wrap it up to prevent STI's if sleeping around.

That law would be just as unjust as making a law about women having to do something similar. You'd see real backlash right? As much as women want to "get even" and have seemingly neverending rage when it comes to men, they'd be becoming exactly what they hate so much.

I wouldn't, I think it's just unnecessary. There are a lot of ways to keep someone from having kids, surgeries shouldn't be the first one to jump to. Save that for the people it's necessary for.
