If you have a new baby and you’re exhausted after a long day taking care of her, would you rather have sex or play a video game to relax?

I would rather like to rest than doing anything too exhausting. Ofcourse it depends on how exhausting I am in that hypothetic situation though.
Anywho, it always depends on my mood in that situation and what I feel like doing at that time to relax. I rather not vote on this question and totally exclude the other option, because if I choose one option, I know by experience that I would regret my decision instantly the second after I voted.
You see, the human mind works like this and not only for children, you always want what you can't have at that moment, but when you have that one thing and can't have the other, your instinct tells you that you want the other thing instead. Instead of beeing happy and pleased about what you have right now, that can lead to materialistic depression because you would never be satisfied.
Be as miserable as you want, but don't complain when you loose everything you once had just because you got too fucking greedy, fucked up so badly that you lost everything. Suck it up, apply for a job like regular people and start over.
No matter how desperate you are, don't be pathetic because no one would find that attractive, if anyone say they do they are lying to make you feel a tiny bit better about yourself at that glimpse of a moment.
But whatever works for you at the moment, you keep doing that until it stops working, that's when it's time to change at least one thing, maybe a few or a lot more.
You will always do whatever it takes to survive. It is when you stop caring and fighting for your own survival it could get a little risky.
Keep beeing your awesome self, be positive and stay safe from literally idiots like me.

Depends. I mean if you are horny then yeah sex comes to mind. But if you are trying to distress and get away from the real world then play a game. But if you need quiet and rest from taking care of the kid then a good hot bath or maybe cuddling up to a book with tea or hot cocoa comes to mind.

That's the trouble with children. They're energy sucking vampires (no offense to you or your child). By the time you them to sleep, 75 percent of your power to do something for yourself is drained.

How do I know? I was an active child, so was my brother. My mom couldn't work consistently thanks to us.

To answer your question, I'd rather play Candy Crush.

I always played games on my phone while I nursed so if the baby was finally sleeping I wouldn't waste anymore time on gaming. Definitely would be having sex or spending time with my hubby

Well, if the reason I'm exhausted is from taking care of a newborn and sleep isn't an option I don't think I'd want to risk making another one to take care of so soon...

Back when my daughter was a baby & she was resting I'd try to get some house chores done, laundry, any meal prep, get things ready for work depending the time of day,& if I had me time read✌️
