I hug and cuddle this girl quite a lot, she's quite a sensitive sort and tbh I love giving hugs. XD If we ever spooned though and I got a boner would she feel grossed out or anything because I'm a friend?

Personally me, no. I would like it and probably mess with you, but your saying she's more the sensitive type. I think you should check with her how you guys feel about each other. Meaning just make sure she's comfortable enough with you.
