do not worry about it small boobs are better in many ways they dont give you back ache they dont get effects of gravity later in life and to be hones they are sexy as fuck thats why all the super models have small ones.

more important for you is to eat healthy drink loads of water stay off the alcohol treat your body as a temple do yoga gymnastics cheer-leading so you get super flexible and toned as that is much more appealing to a guy.

Two things, first, at 13 you are no where near done growing. the average girl can expect at least one to two cups of growth above what they are at 13. so you should be at least a B and probably a C by age 18. Also as you get older you will probably gain another cup size by around age 50.

Second thing is don't worry too much about cup size. Yes we guys do tend to drool over big boobs but honestly there is a lot more to you than boobs and if you make the most of each of your features then guys will find you attractive no matter what. In fact most guys will be thrilled if you just like them.

You will grow faster than you ever have before & there will be a lot of changes besides that. No boob is too small. All boobs are beautiful and appreciated. You shouldn't be ashamed of a smaller chest, especially with a 32 band size. A and B cups are great! Plus you won't have chronic shoulder and neck pain. Trust me, bigger boobs might look nice, but they hurt.
Plus, you're boobs will continue growing until you're about 18-20. Healthy is beautiful.
