You are still young, its fine at that age, you are still in puberty and growing. You don't have to worry unless you don't have 36DD or bigger by the time you turn 18
You don't need to worry about anything except your oral hygiene get yourself a waterpik because when you don't take care of your mouth Other Things Fall Apart take care of your shit the only time you ever have to worry about your breast is when you have any kind of blood or fluid draining out of them (and you're not pregnant) that's pretty serious you go to a doctor straight away, You don't even call you just go and you do not leave the doctor's office until they see you! And do not ever let your teeth get that bad like in the picture.
