Sexual Health Is cuddling more intimate than sex?

I noticed that cuddling seems to be more precious to me than sex. I know how weird that sounds but I would put on quiet a front acting confident and non attached, deep down I know I do feel vulnerable. So letting somebody hold me and them being able to make me feel safe is a massive thing for me. There's only one person I let cuddle me. So I'm curious to what you think?

I think it just depends! Whatever feels more intimate- is. Cuddling definitely could be but not always. What does each act mean when it's happening? You never know until you've done it.
