Is it still rape?

So first off-I want to make this clear that this is just a thought that went through my head, it did not happen to me or anyone that I know
So if you’re having sex with someone and you’re in the middle of it and you suddenly want to stop, but the other person keeps going , you start yelling or trying to get away and then they finally stop, but they didn’t finish. is it still rape?

When I say “suddenly wanted to stop” I mean you also told them you wanted to stop. Didn’t think this needed to be said.
