Well I am not 100% sure is it's totally wrong, but lets look at some case scenarios.

Some woman purely use there body to get with rich guys, it's a form of sex to get material things. Do they also deserve less respect because they used 'sex' to get a comfy life?

If you were desperate to feed your kid at any cost (reality is you and your kid would starve to death) is selling yourself to stop your kid dying immoral? So reality is a lot do drugs, some are imported sex slaves, and some literally have no money and no were to go and in order to survive it's there last attempt.

To be honest I was a stripper for a short period of time. I only slept with one man in my life. Becoming a stripper was my biggest mistake because I just had my heart broken and was so young and dumb to think I would find someone new there. I was home most of the time, wanted to make new friends. Because of Instagram I thought that’s what these men liked.
