Hey Guys... I have a medium-sized breast Ig. But I have noticed that my boobs are so delicate and sensitive. I can't bear the sensitivity when someone touches my boobs. That to my nipples are way too sensitive even to be touched. And my boobs will ache as I use transport that shakes a lot. I can't wear a bra for a long time. I can't even imagine someone pressing my boobs. Ik I can't be like this for a long time... So can u guys pls tell me what I can do to overcome this?

Hey guys, I just consulted a doctor about it and it turns out to be that I have sensitive breasts and it's nothing to worry about. I may feel ticklish and uncomfortable because of that. And Sooner or later it will be normal. Thanks for your answers...

I mean you should google find new latest comfortable bra something and try it. Also ask your female friends and mom because they can give better suggestion because they know transport condition of your area better If you still feel you have problems related to boob's you can visit doctor.

well ask a doctor, im not good with all this science stuff but for now while you wear a bra you can maybe use like a tape to tape your nipples or something else that you can find to prevent the friction of the bra from rubbing on your sensitive nipples, you can at least wear a bra you know

alright im a dude so if what you are feeling when this happens is getting aroused then i wouldn't know but i believe that you are getting aroused but you just dont think you are but ey, who knows, you might not get aroused, either ways, if your nipples are too sensitive that you can't wear a bra, i do reccommend you see a doctor 😁😝🤗

Bruh... Chill... Like I said my boobs are sensitive... I can wear a bra but It's ticklish (something like that) to wear it for a long time... I'm not getting aroused... i dont know how it feels for women to be aroused, this is my guess lol well I've heard from some women that getting aroused feels like a tingle in their vajajay so if you feel that when the bra rubs your nipples them maybe you are getting aroused from the stimulation on your boobs, but i really dont know missy 🙃😶

then yours are probably just very sensitive and its biologically related, like maybe your genes or someshit, like i said, not good at science but maybe you were just born with very sensitive boobs and when you hit puberty it started and as you age maybe it gets more sensitive, i really dont know, im talking out of my ass now🙃

Try wearing a sports bar instead of a wired one, I think it’s natural for boobs to be sensitive for all girls lmao but if it’s really bad try a doctor but I doubt there’s anything wrong bc it seems pretty normal to have sensitive boobs for girls

I think you just need to touch them yourself. Practice placing your hands on them and leaving them there for a while. Get used to having something on them. Maybe even starting with a t shirt laying on them and then moving on to your own hands while you are simply watching a tv show. I feel like it's getting used to cold water but once you are comfortable you are home free. I think it's possible it could just be that. However I might ask your general doctor about breast sensitivity

is it mostly your nipples or whole breasts in general?
could be the type of bra you wear. maybe try a different material. could be that even if your not pregnant. might have a hormone imbalance. that makes your body think you are. some girls just have really sensitive nipples/breasts. which can be both a blessing and a curse. depending on if you enjoy it or not.

If your bra is overfilled as the bra in the picture, get one that fits and provides better support.
If your bra has has the same type of skinny straps as in the picture, get one with wider straps.
Consider wearing a supportive "sleep bra" most of the time you "must" wear one.
If these steps don't do the trick, i would suggest seeing your doctor for a possible genetic cause of the alleged over-sensitivity.
