They can definitely be raped by other men, but a guy being raped by a woman is a little stranger to contemplate. A hard dick tends to scream "yes" at us regardless of what our mind is thinking. I would say false. My friends and I have debated this a while back. One girl said,

Just because anyone is aroused, or has orgasmed, it does not equate to consent.
The point is, if either party hasn’t consented to having sex, it’s considered rape, period.

Most definitely false. Men CAN and DO get forcibly raped by women a lot. Not as much as men raping women, but it still happens. Force is more than just being stronger than someone. A woman can spike a man's drink, catch him off guard or many other tactics that play to her strengths. Once he is KO'd or weakened she can then force herself on him directly or tie him down where he cannot resist when he wakes up. And before anyone argues that a man has to be hard first, there are methods to make that happen, such as hitting a man's lower spine with enough force or some drugs. A woman may not, in most cases, be able to straight up use power to make a man do her will, but force is any tactic used to coerce someone into doing something they do not wish to do. This happened a lot when I was in the military. YES, WOMEN CAN RAPE MEN.

Yeah people can't seem to get around the concept that men can't be raped because they have this sick twisted vision that men are supposed to get sexually aroused and actually enjoy it. Now if We pushed the same standard of women then as long as the woman got no arousal from the act then it couldn't possibly be rape which is a total double standard which society always seems to do against men for some reason. The offshore oil industry isn't like a normal job because each project is a job and the pool of contract hands are pulled from the SE US. You can literally do a job for say 6 weeks and meet new people and never work with those people again or maybe run into them on another job 3 years later.
