Weird idea, but have you checked a doctor to see if there's something there? I mean I've heard stories of animals finding things like that in their owner before. Things like cancer even :/

Maybe she likes the warmth? The crotch can get pretty irrigated and so very warm. It could have something to do with the smell but I'm not sure. Some dogs stick their nose in people's crotch too so maybe there is a thing with genitals.
