Sexual Health My high school teacher is being inappropriate?

I have this teacher who has always been strange. I can't say everything he does or says because this would be even longer, but these are some things he has said that have really creeped me out and have shown he's a perv and possible pedophile. •The other day, a classmate stood up to go to the restroom and as she was walking he said, "I want to take pictures of you naked" in front of the whole class. I thought maybe I had heard wrong but he had the audacity to repeat it and claim he was just joking. In that moment, it was clear to me something was wrong with him. •A couple days went by and these girls were watching a funny video on their phones and he was like, "stop looking at porn, girls" and another girl asked them, "are you really doing that?" To which the girls obviously replied no and he was like, "yes you were, you were watching a guy with two dicks" What. The. Fuck. The reaction of one of these naive girls literally was, "omg sir this is so cool, I had never heard a teacher say the word dick before, you just made my day! haha" /.- I feel like I'm the only one there who sees how fucked up this actually is. •Today, he said at the beggining of class that we could "play with ourselves" when he finished the lesson and he repeated the exact same thing again once he finished. What kind of teacher would ever say that? •He has a cabinet thing full of snacks he gives to his students and during his lunch he lets his favorite ones stay in his class and he buys them lunch too. Sometimes he stays with only one student, like today. •He texts her too. He has her freaking phone number, and I really doubt she's the only one he has contact with outside of school. What should I do? Not only do I feel super uncomfortable in his class, but I also fear for some of these girls' safety. I'm planning to tell all this to my school counselor and see what she says. What if her or the principals don't believe me, though?

You REALLY need to say something to the principal, in his office privately
go tell everybody and let them know what is going on. the police will have him arrested and jailed. dont worry when the other inmates find out what his charges are they will take care of it.

it sounds to me like he's trying too hard to be one of the cool teachers. like you see on movies and such that say inappropriate things so the kids will think he's awesome.
Get permission to record him and show it to the principal and send it to students' parents and get him fired
Record him saying that stuff and play it for your parents and then have them take it to the school board.
If this is close to being true, yes, this is the height of unprofessional behaviour (at best). A formal complaint is in order.
Don't tell the counselor by yourself if possible. Try to get a couple of other witnesses to go with you and back you up.

Report him to your principal. Do it anonymously if you feel it necessary, but he's way out of line.
What would happen after I report him to a principal? And yes, he definitely crosses adult-student boundaries.
He'll be investigated, probably starting with administrative leave (ie, taken out of the classroom), then either suspended or fired depending upon what is deemed most appropriate.
