1 ) Take regular showers. Like thrice a day.

2 ) Don't use creams and stuff in that area cause those tend to make you sweat but also don't use powder cause it might clog your pores and worsen the situation.

3 ) If you're using liners, change them regularly, like every 2 hours or a hour, depending on how much you sweat. And try wiping it often.

4 ) Don't let it get hairy at all. Wax it.

5 ) Try eating healthier and drinking more water because that will help dilute the sweat and hopefully lighten the odour.

6 ) Don't wear too tight clothing that will sort of block that area and force it to sweat. Wear light dresses or shorts and stuff like that.

7 ) And change your underwear regularly if you're sweating. Don't let it on despite that nasty sweat. That can cause bateria and fungi to develop.

8 ) Try being more active. You don't have to do a mountain of activities. A simple 30 mins brisk walk or jogging will do.

If you made massive changes and still don't see any improvement over time, it'll be better to see a doc.

Well, what are you doing when these juices are running down through your ass cheeks? It could happen during sex, it C H while masturbating, it C H while your are holding hands with a guy or it C H while you are sleeping. Maybe it happens while riding the bus loll. However it happens though, you could always use some warm water and a washrag to wash/wipe the juices out of the crack of your ass.
