Men harassing, sexually harassing, sexually assaulting and raping women is completely normal male behaviour. Male animals often sexually harass, rape and force themselves on female animals. Humans are animals too. It may be a sad reality for the women but we can't do anything about it. It is just nature being nature. Nature is very beneficial for its male gender.

He would start saying sexually suggestive things while talking to a male student, and if the male student doesn't understand what he said/doesn't support him, he would say, Seems that this boy hasn't become his normal self yet. He hasn't started the normal behaviour of harassing females. Say boy, why are you abnormal like this? You should become normal like us. Don't worry, I am sure that you will be normal soon.

Well, there may be some element of truth to that idea but it in no way makes behaving in that manner at all acceptable in a human society, modern or otherwise.
