Of the three options below, Which color scheme do you like best for this Victorian style gothic dress? ?

As some of you know from yesterday’s post, I was recently gifted option C.

The information was extracted -and purchase made- based on my browsing history. This is was NOT on my wish list bc after fair amount of deliberation, I decided against purchasing it. 😌

.. I think this is an important distinction bc in my opinion, it exonerates me from culpability in such a frivolous purchase 😉

However, as i now HAVE it, it’s been done... I’m OK with considering which color I like best in order to exchange for my preference😎

Option A. I am leaning toward cherry dress and corset with black lace. I like the rich vibrant color for a change abd I think it will contrast nicely with a black parasol..

The concern is the color red may be more associated with brothelesque apparel , and the outfit is already on the cusp as is. I do porn to wear this out. To the park maybe.

.. Possibly not where I’m living now as its fairly conservative and full of families. I don’t want to scare anyone, but in general yeah.. Out to the park on a Sunday afternoon.

... Maybe on my way to a soirée.. maybe bc it’s _my_ soirée 🤔 😛😛

Personally I like the last one.. second one is cute all black can't go wrong but so ordinary.. at a party you want to stand out abit.. the red one I dont care for the black spots all over it looks over powering.. the last one cause its mostly black with a hint a red and the black blotches kinda tie it together without being over powering.. youd stand out in a good way I believe for a party.. also depending on the red I might go for the all black one if its a crimson red id buy it if its more like a fire engine red thats like an eye sore id buy the black instead! Cute dress you have good taste!

Ooh I’m leaning towards the last one you posted. I’m a huge fan of the way the colors flow together and how it’s basically a combination of the two above.

Depends on accessories, if you are going with the full red, you can accessorise in black, half/half, you can do red/black accessories.

Full black would allow different colour accessories, I'm always partial to purple myself but red/black is also a great combo.

"Victorian" "gothic" "soirée". These terms sound awfully familiar 🤔.

Also I'm at a loss all three look amazing. Guess the last one feels more unique than the rest with the way it's divided so I'll go with that

Well, you cannot go wrong with all black! That is the solemn option. While I see nothing wrong with the brothel-esque connotations off all-red (I do wear it at times, no qualms), the last option can be the best choice to find the middle-ground between wearing something lively and easing your conscience about your appearance.
