This afternoon my son, who’s a senior in high school, he’s old enough to know what goes on lol, was out with friends and my hubby and I decided to make the most of having an empty house! Round one was on the couch. I never got dressed we kinda kept fooling around and we were ready for round 2. This time we went into the bedroom!! Unknown to me our son came home with friends. Later on when everyone was gone He told me we could hear us in the bedroom and to please keep it down that it’s embarrassing. He also said my yoga pants and hoodie were on the kitchen floor & my black tank top was on the living room floor and my red bra and thong were in the spare room & one of his friends laughed picked up my bra read the size out loud and made a comment on how hot 🥵 your mom is and how lucky your dad is. He should it was totally embarrassing. I feel awful, embarrassed and like a failure like i embarrassed my son in front of his friends. I don’t even know what to say!! I wouldn’t just keep it down if his friends were here obviously we would’ t do it at all!! we could wait till they leave. I feel like the worst mom ever I feel so bad for my son. I want to talk to him about it but I don’t even know what to say. Please help how do I handle this? What do I say or do?

Don’t worry about it. It’s your house. You’re allowed to have sex with your husband and you had no way of knowing your son would bring friends home. Life throws you curveballs sometimes. He may have been embarrassed but he’s plenty old enough to understand sex in relationships and won’t be scarred by it. If anything, you’re modeling a healthy marriage to him. Just tell him you’re sorry he was embarrassed but you couldn’t have known. Next time maybe he could tell you ahead of time when he’s bringing friends over or if he walks in on that situation again, use some discretion and go somewhere else for a while with his friends. You really have nothing to be ashamed of here.

It happens it's a normal part of growing up. I slept I a basement bedroom partially below my parents bedroom and could often hear them going at it. The first time I heard them I thought my dad was hurting my mom buy eventually gigurrd out xge was just a loud moaner when having an orgasm. I think like many people have said you're a happily married couple it seems and sex is part of being married and y'all just need to communicate. First and foremost you are not a failure. You didn't intentionally set out to embarrass you son. What happened was entirely an accident an not your fault.
