Because of our culture's prudish hypocrisy, there IS an element of covert rebelliousness, just like nipple piercing and going 'commando' under a skirt HOWEVER... the female clitoris has EIGHT THOUSAND nerve endings and my surgeon avows that healed scar tissue is only HALF as strong and sensitive as undamaged flesh.
