I think you are right on. This is also an issue with maturity. People who are mature see hair as not a bad thing but rather just a normal part of maturing sexually. They see their partner as beautiful when they appear sexually developed. I do believe the bush it's making a comeback too because people realize that it's actually healthy and normal and that nothing about it is gross.
