Imagine a girl is dating a guy and that guy is everything a girl could ask for like social status, money, good looks but he's also an asshole. The girl wants to remain a virgin till marriage but the guy wants sex. Now, this guy rapes this girl one late night at his own apartment when they both were together alone.

Do you think it's the girls fault for choosing the guy and being with him?

LOL! The difference is law. In America, a woman can choose all kind of men and exploit them and is legal. But rape is always the fault of the rapist and he'll be prosecuted. But in many Muslim countries including the one I'm staying now, woman is always at fault when raped. Hence they must dressed up even with their face covered. I'm not discriminating any social law.
