I love men with abs... but lately dad bods (slightly built) have been really edging my sexual interest. And older men obviously more commonly have these bodies.

There's no "should" about it-- if she does she does and if she doesn't she doesn't. What's the problem here.
And "older" men only have more in common with the "dad bod" if they got lazy-- no different than someone half their age. It's about laziness, not age.
If it's what you want, try it once and see if it was good/right for you or not.
Well, you could always just go after guys your own age who have that type of body.
They can if they want to but it is not a should.
