I've had 14 girls say yes, but not a single one showed up. I've struggled with severe clinical depression. I've tried literally everything besides dating (because I can't have success there) to help it, but nothing has helped at all. I've hired two escorts in the past, I saw one twice and the other once. I saw the first one right around the start to my depression which was a year ago and it's only gotten much stronger due to my constant failure, but I did enjoy my time with her, however, I had to stop seeing her as she has taken a different route in life. I saw the second one to ease sexual frustration as my anger issues and psychopathic behavior I've suffered from a few years ago began to appear again and I feared that I'd take out my frustration on someone, so I thought it would fix the problem, which it did despite very mediocre service from her. I've tried every single online dating site you can think of for years and got literally nothing, I even boosted on Tinder and upgraded Bumble, but only one person left a like despite tons of views, and I wasn't into that person. My depression is getting worse and worse and I don't think I have a chance with women at all, should I hire another escort?

Why not? As long as you view hiring an escort as a purely transactional relationship. It's YOUR money - you are free to spend it however you wish.
However, hiring an escort will NOT solve your issues with finding a woman for a life-long relationship, if the latter is your aim.
As long as you know where the line is drawn, how you spend your money is your business.

You can but you yourself know that it is only a temporary relief, dating really isn't something that cures depression either. Do you get therapy? Do you excercise? Do you have any hobbies to which you can distract you attention? Those are all vital in getting better, other people or an escort won't.

The only problem is if you don't live in a big city it's going to be hard to find anyone of quality without getting severely ripped off as well.
If you do live in a city will lot of this going on it actually becomes cheaper than trying to date women and you get to be with very attractive women usually Koreans or Chinese
