We can neuter men after freezing sperms to use later It will make men more happier by making them less sex crazy in their minds Rape and violence against women will not be problem any more. And not problem either for child abuse. Big problems right now but they will be gone with my proposal

No dumb question. Rape child abuse, and violence would still exist as it always has, as it is not a hormone thing but something in the mind. Generally there is not a big problem the number of crimes is minimal compared to the population, why every crime is not good it is not worth sacrificing our freedom for stupid ideas like this.

Neutering dog's has shown to cause many hormone imbalances, which then can significantly increase the risk of cancer. 2% of male dogs who are neutered develop prostate cancer while only 0.6% of health dogs do. So any benefits you see are quickly lost. Even if a guy were to lose his testicles he would still have a penis, and that feeling of stimulation would still be there. So the guys may not have the same form of sex drive, but they still would want to have sex, so rape would still exist, especially as neutering does not stop attraction.
