OK. The reason I was avoiding answering it is because I did not want to come across as bragging. Honest answer? ***Nothing*** Nothing makes me uncomfortable when it comes to women!
when i worked at an office, it was mostly women and a few guys working. The guys could be social when the situation asked but most of us just wanted to not be bothered and get our work done. The women insisted on the most forced/uncomfortable type of social interaction when it was someone’s bday or something it was the worst 😂 I don't know why they think it brings people together when it’s just boring

Probably when they sit with their legs open wearing a dress or skirt
Texting with one word or saying they don't want food when they really do
