1 23Try to relieve that nervousness. You want to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Don't let him rush you and make sure he goes slow and gives you lots of foreplay. Make sure you're good and wet before he enters you. If he's gentle and takes his time, and you are relaxed and wet, it will help a lot with any pain.
