What do guys like about bbw? Is it attractive?

I mean I not big, but some people might consider me a bbw and I'm not sure weather to take it as a compliment or an insult? Guys please help!

  • You don't look like a BBW. BBWs usually weigh 300+lbs (136kg). So unless you carry that weight ridiculously well, you're not that. You don't even look fat. By your face alone, at most you'd be thick, which is slightly overweight. There are also SSBBW (which are SuperSize Big Beautiful Women) who weigh about 500+lbs (227kg).
    Some guys are crazy for ridiculously huge breasts, big thighs, big butts, and most BBWs (though not all) have these parts huge. Others like the big bellies as well.
    But this is not really the norm, at least not yet. Humans are becoming more obese, so more and more people find overweight attractive since it's the norm. In the US at least - 2/3 of US are overweight, and 1/3 are obese, So pretty soon, if the obesity epidemic continues, everyone will become BBWs :/

    Who finds it attractive completely depends on the person. I am a Nutrition and Biology major, so I do not find obesity attractive. But even before pursuing a career in the medical field, I never found obesity attractive. Maybe physically attractive (like they can have pretty or handsome faces), but I don't find obese people sexually attractive.
    It depends who you ask, cuz there are underground communities of men who fetish obesity.

    • Yeah I'm really not comfortable with people idealize unhealthy body types like obesity and anorexia. The good news is that there's at least hope for women no matter how thin or fat they are. But you're right, if being fat becomes "the norm", then fat people will become more and more attractive and the new beauty standard that's going to be encouraged. The idea that women might need to have an unhealthy body to feel or be considered attractive is kind of terrifying.

    • @VulcanHades I agree. I don't really like either end of the spectrum. Fat is becoming the norm in the US. More and more children are overweight. More and more adults are becoming obese. Do I think they should be bullied, insulted or mistreated? NO. But I don't think obesity should be encouraged either. It's a strain on the body and leads to many diseases. I don't think any "beauty standards" should be in place. Not thin, not big, not black, not white, not fit, not curvy etc. Unfortunately, people are more motivated by vanity than health, we all are. So if "curvy" (not the real curvy, but the euphemism that people use for fat) becomes the new beauty standard, I think that's a bad idea. Do I want ridiculously thin to be it? No. But making fat the new beauty standards is not a better idea. It is terrifying, cuz we're all motivated by vanity :/

    But... personality and disposition is the bottom line. If you just go by what your dick tells you, there may be problems down the road. There has to be beauty within and not just beauty on the outside. Lots of things make up a gal, not just face and body such as: femininity, sweetness, adorability, sexiness, honesty, smarts, loyalty, being able to accept being worshipped and pampered, healthy habits, clean, not too many bad habits, orgasmic.

    Look, there are all types of gals in the world. And truthfully I find most of them attractive as long as they are not too freaked out with extreme features, fashion or body decoration.
