Nipple clamps look like they are adjustable. So you should be able to control how much or little they squeeze. I have had women tell me to bite their nipples. So some must like a little pain to go along with the good!

I've seen and used regular ones, but not vibrating ones. They sound heavy!
They do tend to fall off if in an upright position but laying down they stay on just fine.
