What you may have to do is visit your doctor or visit accident and emergency at worst. If you can't easily get it out then don't just leave it in there, it could cause you problems. I know it's embarrassing but that's not worth risking your health over.

I've not had this happen, but my mom did teach me about what to do if you somehow lost a tampon up there. Literally just stick your fingers in there and gently pull it out. Or go to the hospital.

You have to go to the hospital if you can't get it out on your own. I know it's embarrassing but you can actually die from toxic shock if it stays in your vagina for too long
