Out of those I Would say the elevator button. We touch so many things and a lot of people do not wash their hands. The button is a very high contact thing. Cell phones usually carry the most bacteria after a test though

I would go for the elevator button.
We know it's not the toilet seat, since they are make with materials that are able to withstand sanitation by many means, and are very slick to begin with. TV "problem solving segments" have had this question many times. Technically, it's even LESS safe to use those disposable (tilt) seat covers. The drain is being constantly washed, at least.

I voted prostitute. Mythbusters did a test once, and found that to the contrary, toilet seats aren't as germy as you think. Certainly the others are far worse!

At least with a toilet seat they get thoroughly cleaned multiple times a day and see maybe one user every 20 minutes. The elevator button is maybe cleaned at the end of the day and gets probably 100 uses per hour.
