At my age, men who get annual exams get a prostate exam, which consists of a finger up the butt and then wiggled around. If a man chooses a female primary physician, some people will think that he is a pervert, so anyway. . . what difference does it make whose finger is up your butt?

First off, I would like to state that it does not matter if your doctor is a man or a woman. They are doctors and you have nothing that they have not seen before. I have had both male and female doctors. You think a male doctor sticking a gloved finger up your butt is embarrassing, try explaining all of your kinks, and sexual anxiety issues surrounding women, to a female psychologist.
Now, the most embarrassing thing that ever happened with me was when I was 17, and I was getting a hernia check by my doctor, for guys, they grab your junk and have you look to the left or right and have you cough. I'm in month 5 of hospital stay thanks to covid, including having my foot amputated. In the last 18 weeks every part of my body has been prodded, poked and generally examined but the worst part of it was the first few days after the amputation having to use a bedpan and not being able to clean myself.

I would say wasn't a appointment but a medical examination requirement for joining the army which I wasn't prepared for and failed to manscape so I had to squit and move while butt naked, had my arsehole checked and everything else looked at... i was not prepared for such a thing 😅😅

If they only use their finger it won't be so bad, but if they stick that device up your ass you'll be in pain for quite a while. I've been living with them for over a decade. Yes of course I have to tell them how I got them. It will be easier for them to diagnose, maybe. Mine are both I think. Yes have anal exams for prostate and yes its awkward getting in squatting and bending position and being fingered.
