A very common theme with women I've liked is that they stood out for being themselves, weren't religiously following trends, and weren't particularly active (if at all) on social media while having both the confidence to be at least somewhat independent, and the self-awareness to know their limits and stay true to their values. Another theme is that all of the best ones had various insecurities or even medical concerns hanging over them, but none of these were apparent until I'd gotten to know them well; the victim mindset is a huge turn-off, honestly much moreso than any kind of disability itself.
