I accidentally went to the gym naked. And then I did some squats and accidentally fucked a water bottle that was lying on the floor. But I didn’t realise it was inside me, so I just left the gym with half the water bottle sticking out my vagina and then when I got on the bus to go home and sat down, I shoved it right up my cervix, at which point I screamed, and the old lady sitting behind me pointed and said, ‘You’re naked!’ And that’s when I realised I was naked and had a water bottle stuck in my cervix, so I went to the emergency room and the nurse was deaf in one ear and thought I said that the bottle was stuck in my butt, so she stuck her fist right inside my ass and it got stuck in there. So a couple of porters came and lifted both me and the nurse who was now fisting my anus through to another room, but the fire alarm went off so we all had to evacuate the building. I've thrown up in a not-my-house building twice (lady reasons) then had to crawl down hallways to a room, and threw up again on my way (never got it on the floor tho).

Once was in a hotel with my youth group, during breatfast. A leader and another girl from my group escorted me upstairs to our room, I walked most of the way, and once we got there my sister brought ibuprofen from the bus and I fell asleep.

Once I had to leave a college class 5 minutes after it started (was in good standing with professor so I didn't have to explain). Some kind student found me after I had left my stuff in the hall and was crawling towards the restroom. She got me a trash can and carried my stuff til I got there. She also called public safety, who came to escort me to my dorm room (down 2 flights, short walk for a campus, then up 2 more flights). I elected to sleep in the girls restroom instead, and then called them about an hour later to let them know I got back to my room okay.

Nobody ever mentioned these incidents again. So for a long time I never thought anything of them. Honestly I'm not very embarrassed by them now either, but they're probably the most embarrassing things that have happened to me anyways.
