Well, the pictures you showed, I believe the “man-tits” was actually a condition called “gynecomastia”, and it’s although treatable, it’s often a sign of a more serious problem. It just wouldn’t seem right to be turned off b/c a guy was sick. So I’d go with the plumbers crack… that’s just gross!
