Honestly, I think with some good sex the inner peace comes with it, at least sometimes and for a little while.

Mental peace for sure. Sex is nice, but it doesn't always equate happiness or mental peace: it's like a bandaid if anything. It's nice while it lasts, but after it's over if you still have issues, they won't go away.

Whereas once you've achieved inner peace, hardly anything or anyone will bother or phase you. I'll take that over sex in a heartbeat!

If I had to choose and one did not come without the other AKA I would not have mental peace then honestly I can live without daily sex, as great as that is. Especially since kind of by definition I would be "at peace" with not having daily sex.

Mental peace is 24 hours a day, so that is preferred. Of course, not having sex every day doesn't mean that you don't get a good amount of sex.
