Honestly myself, I use the real thing for deep throat training. Give the man a viagra or Vick ring so as to make it stay erect along time even after ejaculation and just keep practicing. Go slow at first. Took a couple years for me to rid myself of my gag reflex

Bananas. It's what I used. They have a bend in them so they can more easily shape to the shape of your throat and make deep throating easier. And the peel is soft and slippery so it also helps it go down easier
