Women with the smallest C-cups often have smaller breasts than many women with A-cups and B-cups. For example, women such as myself who have a 28C have smaller breasts than do women with a 32B or 34A. 28C (and 26D) are equivalent in size to a 30B or 32A; they're simply on a smaller ribcage (hence the lower #) and protrude outward more (hence the higher letter).

34c to 38c look more like a C cup the 40c looks more like a D cup or bigger same with 44c looks bigger than a C cup. The 42c is hard to tell with the bra she has on. 30c looks more like an A cup. The 28c I could believe but the 32c looks more like a B cup rather than a C cup
