The term "hot" to me, is the initial impression I get when I see someone that I think is quite stunning/beautiful. If I refer to someone as hot, it's not their measure of beauty, but my initial measure of beauty based on how I feel about the person when I see them. If I look at her and my initial impression is like "wow", then she's obviously got something going on that I find attractive.
The color of their skin does not dictate whether they are hot to me, and I do not compare and contrast on someone's beauty, as like most things, beauty comes in all shapes, sizes and colors.

Beauty standards differ across cultures and individuals, and what one person finds attractive may not be the same for someone else. Latin cultures tend to have more distinct differences between male and female sexuality - male machoness and sexualized women. But, what about Italian women?
I love women who don't hide their sexiness. But I do confess a preference for light colored hair and pale, glabrous skin.
White girls and Latina girls are two very diverse groups. Mexican women, Argentinian women, Cuban women. . . they are all very different. Same with Caucasian women.
Something tells me that I shouldn't declare this, but what the hell, in my inner being, Latinas are freakin' smokin' hot, generally speaking!

I am Latino and I prefer Latinas, it is true that they have better personality than whites, the bad thing is that they are dwarf, the good thing is that they age slower due to their high neothenia.

The picture of the Latina that has way too much makeup and trying to be white washed is unflattering and doesn’t do latinas justice. the biggest bitch I ever encountered in life happened to be a Latina Girl but I don't hold that against their kind. I do find Latinas more attractive in general and also see them in more stable relationships vs the modern white women in this country who are more often than not incapable of pair bonding.
